PELIKAN
MODEL 100

In 1929 this stationery German manufactory first produced a fountain pen. It was a piston filler with a new technology for filling systems. A differential threading works inside of the barrel filling in ink from a ink pot. The mechanical parts were made with high precision and soon they became as well-known writing instruments.

Engravings around the captop

Pelikan models 100 have an engraving around the captop. Conditioned to the very long production time there are different engravings.

Since 1934 the manufactory could produce gold nibs. Until this time all nibs must be bought from foreign producers. For collectors a special characteristic of model 100 produced befor this time. Also would changed the yellow ink windows by green transparent.
